Job descriptionJob Title: Science TeacherLocation: WinchesterContract Type: Full-TimeStart Date: ASAPAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and passionate Science Teacher to join our school, located in the vibrant community of Winchester.
This position is a full-time role starting ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and innovative science lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in the subject.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the science curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Plan and prepare lessons, incorporating a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Degree in a relevant Science subject.
Proven experience teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be required to complete Disclosure and Barring Service declarations in line with Section 115 of the Police Act 1997.
You will also be required to provide 2 professional references covering at least the last 2 years, and complete our online application followed by a video or face to face interview.
