About Engage Education Limited

Engage Education is a specialist education recruitment agency that partners with schools to place high-quality teachers and help raise standards. Our philosophy is to work closely with schools to gain an in-depth understanding of their culture, aims, student population as well as the personality and skill sets they require from each teacher. This approach, combined with our rigorous selection process of candidates, allows us to provide teachers who represent a best fit, long-term solution that helps fulfil their potential.

Engage Education was formed in 2008 and has achieved consistent growth in a competitive market. Future turnover is expected to continue this trend which is reflective of our good relationships with teachers and successful working partnerships with schools. Through listening to our clients, Engage Education created iday (interview day) in 2010, a new unique provision in the education sector.

iday is a dedicated recruitment day that offers schools handpicked quality teachers from the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. It was set up based upon schools’ needs to hire better quality teachers, whilst also aiming to achieve time and cost efficiencies as public spending austerity measures are implemented. iday represents an ideal opportunity for schools looking to recruit for multiple positions, face-to-face and timed to resignation dates, when schools most need to fill positions.
