Responsibilities:Tailored Instruction: Deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Individualised Support: Work closely with students, providing targeted interventions to enhance their academic progress.

Collaboration: Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

IEPs (Individual Education Plans): Contribute to the development and implementation of personalised education plans.

Behaviour Management: Foster positive behavior and promote a respectful classroom atmosphere.

Curriculum Adaptation: Modify curriculum materials to meet individual student needs.

Document Requirements:Right to Work in the UK: Ensure eligibility to work in the UK.

Enhanced DBS Certificate: Registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application through us.
