Role and Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:As a SEND Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:Designing and delivering effective lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with diverse learning requirements.

Adapting teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and abilities within the classroom.

Collaborating closely with fellow educators and support staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Implementing strategies to support the social and emotional well-being of students with SEND.

Utilising innovative and imaginative teaching techniques to engage and inspire students.

Requirements for SEN Teacher:To be successful in this role, you'll need:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

A strong understanding of various SEND conditions and effective teaching strategies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A genuine passion for creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
