This SEND provision is seeking a skilled SEMH / Social, Emotional Mental Health Teacher who possess a solid understanding of the social, emotional, and behavioural development of children and young individuals.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in aiding students with challenging behaviour in regular educational settings.

Your role will involve showcasing exceptional personal and professional skills to empower mainstream school staff.

Additionally, you will promote collaboration by sharing knowledge, skills, and instilling confidence and high aspirations for positive outcomes in all children and young people.

The ability to handle challenging conversations across various disciplines, coupled with an inspiring and engaging training style, is crucial for this role.
