Be eligible to work in the UK.

Passion for work with children with SEN needs.

Understand the complexities around SEND.

Be able to liaise with both SENCO and parent/ guardians regarding pupil's progress or any concerns.

Experience working within an SEN setting especially with ASD, DLD, ADHD and Trauma SupportHave strong behavioural management skills.

Be passionate about teaching and working with children across the primary sector.
