Job Title: SEN TeacherLocation: CambridgeAre you an experienced SEN Teacher seeking a new opportunity, or a mainstream Teacher seeking a new and rewarding career working within SEND?

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher.

The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine commitment to supporting the unique needs of children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual learning needs of students with SEN.

Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and empowered to succeed.

Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to differentiate instruction and accommodate diverse learning styles.

Monitor student progress, achievements, and behaviour, in accordance with school policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively with parents/carers, colleagues, and external agencies to foster positive relationships and ensure coordinated support for students with SEN.

Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience working with children with SEN.

Strong understanding of SEN practices, principles, and legislation.

Ability to adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students with varying abilities and disabilities.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to promoting inclusion, diversity, and equality in education.

Patient, empathetic, and resilient with a genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of every child.
