We are looking for someone who can:Think strategically to ensure the effective provision to the full cohort of pupils with additional needsOversee the day-to-day operation of the Schools Special Educational Needs policyAdopt an outcomes focused approach aimed at reducing the gap in progress and attainmentCo-ordinate the deployment of TAs to ensure that all their young people receive the best possibleComplete annual reviews in line with CoP guidelinesAdvise and train staff on SEND strategies to support students in the classroomLead, develop and deliver our nurture programmeWe are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
