Role: Senior Account Manager

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary: £40-45,000 plus uncapped commission

Our client are looking for a Senior Account Manager, who must have a Digital Agency background. The client have an office in Northamptonshire and offer the option to work remotely two days a week.

Duties:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
Working closely with the Project Management and Delivery Teams to ensure that clients expectations are met, whilst remaining on budget.
Preparation and presentation of reports to clients.
Addressing and resolving client challenges and issues.

Skills and Experience:

3-5 years experience in a similar role within a Digital agency.
Experience of account managing E-commerce businesses.
Practical knowledge in the workings of WordPress websites.
A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how they are best delivered.
A demonstrable knowledge of SEO is essential with PPC knowledge a bonus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into meaningful information to clients.
Experience of negotiating contracts with clients.
