A fantastic hybrid role (2 days in the office) has arisen for an Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join an established and growing organisation based in Camberley.
This is a hybrid opportunity with two days in the officeThis role can offer growth and progression with a well established company and would suit you if you have 1+ years experience.
You will enjoy working in a friendly and supportive team whilst receiving a competitive package.
Responsibilities:Coding, posting and attaching Purchase Invoices and staff expenses, ensuring the purchase order (PO) process has been followed.
Process intercompany recharges.
Process weekly and monthly supplier payment runs.
Deal with queries relating to invoices and payments.
Monthly supplier statement reconciliations and review of aged creditors.
Dealing with membership queriesRequirements:A minimum of 2 years knowledge and practical experience gained in an Accounts Payable role in a high-volume environment.
