The role:
Cititec Talent has partnered with a rapidly expanding Commodity Trading firm looking for a Senior Business Analyst ideally with commodity operations experience to join their growing BA team.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate closely with operations groups, clearing, and physical operations teams.
- Drive automation efforts to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Analyse existing business practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and oversee technology solutions that support business functions.
- Liaise between IT and business units to ensure clear communication and effective implementation of new automation.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of both physical and financial commodities trading from an Operations perspective.
- Proven experience in business analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
