A prestigious international law firm renowned for its expertise in providing top-tier legal services across various sectors is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive for its Global Markets team, focusing on CES and CIS regions.

This opportunity involves event organisation, thought leadership, identifying new opportunities and building key relationships.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for the Central Eastern Europe (CEE/CIS) group within the Global Markets team.
  • Manage marketing materials, data, and team infrastructure, including Sharepoint and Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party law firms, clients, and intermediaries to generate new business opportunities and strengthen the firm's global reputation.
  • Coordinate and lead events, workshops, and network engagements to enhance the profile of the group and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of compelling credentials, proposals, and pitches, and leverage marketing technology to identify opportunities, track key relationships, and measure success.
  • Contribute to content development and campaigns aimed at increasing engagement with key stakeholders and enhancing the personal brands of leading practitioners and the firm's reputation.

The Candidate:

  • Experience in a professional business environment (preferably legal services, professional services, technology, consultancy).
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, including grammar and proofreading, with attention to detail.
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, with enthusiasm for developing into a proficient business development specialist, particularly in Global Markets BD.
