Law Absolute has been instructed by a leading international law firm on an In-House Senior Commercial Lawyer opportunity.
The in-house Commercial Team supports lawyers and non-lawyers across all of the firm’s offices.
The main duties of this role are as follows:
- support and guidance on Departmental and firm-wide projects.
- the firm’s practice groups by reviewing, advising on and negotiating contractual terms with clients.
- the firm by advising on a range of procurement projects with suppliers.
- in the development of training to lawyers and non-lawyers within the firm.
The successful candidate will likely have experience advising on:
- contracts (such as master services agreements)
- contracts (such as cloud computing)
- contracts (such as outsource/managed services)
The successful candidate will likely have upwards of 5 PQE gained working in-house at a law firm or other professional services firm.
