We are a leading recruitment agency with an established Tech Division that specializes in four distinct areas, Software, AI, ERP & Healthcare IT. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with experience in IT or ERP recruitment to join and grow the existing client base.

Job Outline

As a Senior Consultant at Cubiq your progression route will be to establish your desk and billings followed by routes either as an IC biller or progression to a billing manager position where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders to help progress you to a sustainable billing manager and further.

We are looking for 360 consultants who want to take the lead and ownerships over their markets / niche. We already have an excellent brand name in the ERP market with numerous high-profile clients from both large consultancies & smaller end clients.

ERP is one of our major focuses moving forwards so you'll be joining a highly experienced team of high performing consultants with a shared vision. Experience recruiting in ERP or niche IT markets as a 360 Recruiter/Head hunter is essential.

• Business development

• Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs

• Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.
