We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our internal design team within Karo UK.

The Senior Graphic Designer will take the lead in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for our brands across digital and print. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design solutions that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives. Collaborating closely with the design and marketing teams, you will oversee the creative process from concept to delivery and ensure consistent visual branding across all touchpoints. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled designer to contribute to the growth and success of our brands at a senior level.

The candidate should possess advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A solid understanding of design principles, typography, and branding is a must, along with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills will be essential for success in this role, as well as having a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality design output
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet business objectives
• Produce visually appealing and impactful designs for digital and print, including web graphics, social media assets, packaging, presentations, and other marketing collateral
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and budgets
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth and development
• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all touchpoints
• Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously enhance design output
• Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Expert knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work

• Experience with UI/UX design and/or motion graphics is a plus
• Previous experience in the healthcare or consumer goods industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Fluency in German is a plus
