The Opportunity:
Finatal is representing a successful, UK focussed lower mid market PE fund that is growing the team with the addition of a senior investment manager or investment director
The successful candidate will play a lead role day to day on all investment activities and support the partners and investment directors on portfolio management
The Role:
- You’ll be responsible for leading potential investment opportunities, pre deal diligence and on deal execution
- Commercial analysis on businesses and sectors
- Work closely with management teams of portfolio businesses, assisting with growth plans and further acquisitions
The Requirements:
- Prior experience in direct private equity
- Top class academic track record
- Professional training in corporate finance or strategy consulting
