Red Sky Personnel seeks a talented MEICA Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience managing and delivering water-based schemes to join our client's team.

In this role, you'll spearhead the successful execution of MEICA projects, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion.

Your strategic leadership will ensure projects meet quality, safety, and financial objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities: * Project Management: Lead and manage MEICA projects from initiation through to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

* Team Leadership: Direct and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to high performance and achievement.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.

* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and mitigate potential disruptions.

* Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous standards of quality and compliance throughout project lifecycles, monitoring and evaluating project outputs to ensure adherence to specifications.

* Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimise project outcomes and minimise waste.

* Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communications, facilitating clear and effective dialogue among project stakeholders.

* Health and Safety: Champion a culture of safety and wellbeing, implementing and enforcing best practices to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements: * Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring teams to achieve project objectives within the MEICA sector.

* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.

* Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to overcome project challenges.

* Client Focus: A client-centric approach, with a commitment to understanding and exceeding client expectations to foster long-term partnerships.

* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MEICA project management methodologies, with a sound understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards.

* Qualifications: Degree/HND/HNC in a relevant field, supplemented by industry certifications such as SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (optional).
