Senior Operations Coordinator in Leeds

Reporting directly into the Operations Director you will be responsible for the day to day operational and back office activities within the Fruition Group.

Key Responsibilities

• strong relationships with all suppliers and coordinate ongoing contracts and agreements
• meetings, appointments, and company events
• strong relationships with the Fruition IT & Fruition Consulting Management teams, assisting with operational support and ensuring adherence of company procedures
• closely with the Finance team to ensure a smooth link between the finance and operations functions
• for HR administration with support from external HR consultant
• delivering projects within both businesses including implementation of new systems and processes, tenders, bids and audits
• closely with the Engagement Manager to support with Fruition Consulting tasks
• software packages like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data management and document production
• the office administrator with day-to-day management of the Leeds office and Manchester office where required
• ad hoc reports
• support for the operations team
• to general queries from the management team, consultants and 3rd parties where required
• hoc support to both businesses
