The client has an enviable track record for delivery of successful planning applications on projects ranging from individual dwellings through to large, multi-functional schemes. Our project portfolio is wide ranging and includes renewable energy, mineral extraction/restoration, leisure, residential and rural based developments.Within this role you will work not only as part of the planning team, but also alongside other internal disciplines, thereby building your knowledge base in a supportive team . You will work on all aspects of the planning process, from initial site appraisals through to the preparation and submission of planning applications and associated condition compliance/appeal work.
