£90,000 – £115,000 basic

Hybrid onsite 3 days per week

Wedo is working with a double unicorn status, payment tech company who have recently announced its intent to go to IPO.

They are a B2C product, serving 3 million + customers, and now need a Senior Product Manager to help take them to IPO.

They need a Senior Product Manager to be part of our Purchase team.

You will share their passion for financial inclusion and deep interest in solving problems like launching new products, improving existing products, and using metrics to measure success.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you are empowered to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your team as you focus on outcomes over outputs.

You will have the following experience:

• experienced Product Manager with B2C experience in either Fintech or E-commerce checkout
• who’s customer-obsessed and is used to shipping features to clients. Think banks, neo banks, credit companies, and payment providers if you’ve worked within B2C FinTech.
• someone who’s worked on checkout point of sales software in the e-commerce world.
• mindset needs to take on the pressure of scale-up who can take them to IPO.
• of longevity in the companies you’ve worked for.

• customer purchase rate
• app purchasing
• app revenue currently 35% with an ambition to increase this closer to 70%

• 2nd stage – Product Team
• 3rd stage – Engineering Team
• 4th stage – CTO
