Senior Growth Product Manager - Remote (UK only) - £80-95,000 + benefits
numi has partnered with a leading genealogy tech company to hire an exceptional Senior Product Manager to help customers connect and understand their family history.
You'll be part of a cross-functional team tasked with creating an engaging family history and educational platform. You'll leverage your B2C experience (ideally within the subscription space) to develop and promote a data-driven, customer-centric culture. This is a highly cross-functional role and you'll be collaborating with engineering, data science and marketing to deliver the most innovative solutions!
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new features and product offerings
- Find innovative ways to increase user engagement and retention
- Align roadmaps with wider company vision and commercial goals
- Drive qualitative/quantitative experimentation to optimise product performance
- Build a culture of transparency, collaboration, and strong cross-functional partnerships
Key Requirements:
- Experience in subscription or loyalty-based product environments
- Prior experience in a growth-based PM role
- Strong bias for action and ability to drive results
- A consumer 1st approach
- Excellent communication skills
