I am currently working with a team of tier one main contractors who are on a joint venture that’s been so successful, they've managed to win further works on the HS2.
This new project is worth a whopping £120million and its a heavy civils framework with no maintenance.
The project includes the building of a brand-new viaduct, an eco-friendly head house and shaft fit outs.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your day to day will include:Contract administration.
The procurement and management of subcontractors Cost ManagementChange management.
Risk / OpportunitiesThe development and management of a commercial team The ideal candidate will have:A Quantity Surveying degree or equivalentDemonstrable experience with NEC forms of contracts and sub-contract managementExperience working on major projects.
