Their bespoke solutions require close collaboration with clients and various internal teams, adhering to a DevOps philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop Solutions : Create solutions from user stories, ensuring they meet the company’s standards, include automated testing, and meet acceptance criteria.
Task Management : Break down user stories into tasks, provide timelines, understand system impacts, and ensure tasks are clear for other developers.
Team Collaboration : Actively participate in the DevOps process, team meetings, and stakeholder discussions to refine requirements.
Technical Documentation : Produce and comprehend technical documentation.
Mentorship and Process Improvement : Identify support needs, mentor staff, and enhance development processes.
Problem-Solving Leadership : Lead in overcoming challenges and conducting workshops to teach best practices in React.
