Responsibilities

• Lead on everything people and talent, from creative sourcing to onboarding new joiners.
• Work closely with our Founder and leadership team to deliver on hiring needs.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent, including employer branding and social media campaigns.
• Cultivate an exceptional candidate experience, immersing talent in our game and its potential.
• Craft studio culture and execute talent retention and employee engagement strategies.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE: Internal recruiting experience in the gaming industry.
• Solid understanding of the structure of a game studio and the nuances of each role.
• Diverse sourcing experience, ideally for complex technical roles.
• Experience leading people initiatives.
