Senior Sales Executive in Wiltshire

Peaple Talent has partnered with a global Software solutions organisation who are currently recruiting for a number of New Business Sales Executives, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales executive to work alongside marketing to champion the suite of software solutions driving new business sales to meet annual targets.

You will take the initiative and dive into the software solutions, including all layered applications, embracing a hands-on approach to drive success.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead lead generation and marketing initiatives within your market territory, collaborating with our sales-focused Marketing Department.
• Conduct consultative sales, leading the business discovery process and presenting solutions.
• Showcase product capabilities through initial demonstrations.
• Qualify opportunities rigorously throughout the sales process.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts over time.
• Maintain and manage the CRM system efficiently.
• Attend and present at monthly sales meetings as required.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving new business targets.
• Proficiency in qualifying and assessing opportunities throughout the sales cycle, supported by methodology and management.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to deliver structured presentations up to board level.
• Comfortable working in a team.
• Commercially savvy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driving license and passport required due to travel involved.

Desirable:

• Strong B2B New Business sales experience, ideally in ERP software.
• Previous experience in the distribution market.
