Senior Sales Manager
CPI Selection Munich, Bavaria, Germany (Fully Remote)
$B Cyber Vendor is searching for a Senior Sales Manager to run a Team of Account Executives across the DACH Territory.
Looking for a driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead, coach, and motivate their team to overachieve their quota.
Responsibilities;
·Develop and execute comprehensive strategic “go to market” business plans
·Manage the team’s performance and productivity to achieve targets.
·Motivate and drive high-performance teams and promote a culture of achievement.
·Develop comprehensive sales and business plans to acquire new Clients.
·Establish a "trusted partner" relationship internally and externally.
·Deep knowledge of sales cycles and hands-on Sales.
·Following up with accounts, formally and informally, to measure satisfaction level.
·Participate in selected industry activities, organizations, and trade shows as assigned
·Handle customer escalations
·Work together with the marketing team to build a solid go-to-market strategy
Requirements:
·3 years Plus as a leader within a software business.
·Proven track record of success.
·Strong leadership skills
·Strong Sales Methodology MEDDIC etc
·Excellent presentation skills and communication skills (verbal and written)
·Sales Hunter at heart
·Travel is required as needed, mostly within Europe.
