Key Responsibilities:

• Lead statistical projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support junior staff members, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.
• Coordinate with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring effective communication throughout projects.
• Collaborate with a small team of statisticians and other professionals to deliver on project objectives.
• Assist in time management and coordination of team resources to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally 3-4 years, in statistical analysis within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) environment.
• Experience working on Health Technology Assessment (HTA) projects is essential.
• Proficiency in SAS or R for statistical analysis.
• MSC in Statistics or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Legal right to live and work in the UK.
