We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading 23 Church Street, a purpose built home that offers support to ten adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs, including a range of physical care needs and moderate levels of challenging behaviours. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision’s, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to the lives of others, whether that’s helping our colleagues grow in confidence or the people we support gain independence so that they meet their goals.We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values.
