Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant in UK

SEC Life Sciences are a boutique talent consultancy operating in the life sciences industry.

We’re seeking an experienced Internal Talent Acquisition Professional to help us hire recruitment consultants to join our own team.

We’re offering a flexible 2 or 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC), with the potential to work between 0.

6 to 1.

0 FTE, based on your availability and the business needs.

We are open to applications for remote, hybrid, or in-office work, however applicants must already have the right to work in the UK in order to be considered.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand in detail our hiring needs and tailor your recruitment searches accordingly.
• Proactively identify potential new hires to meet emergent business requirements using a variety of sourcing methods.
• Evaluate potential applicants establishing shortlists for consideration.
• Act as an ambassador for the SEC brand.

What We're Looking For:

To be considered you must already have:

• A solid track record of recruiting life sciences recruitment consultants at various experience levels– perm and / or contract.
• Experience working in an agency or rec2rec environment.
• Skills in crafting engaging communications tailored to the motivations of recruiters and salespeople, maximising the likelihood of successful hires.
• Knowledge of using different search and headhunting methodologies to create candidate pools
