LOCATION : Folkestone, Kent, UK (The candidate will need to be based in the UK as they will be required to visit our office in Folkestone for training/team days/client meetings. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days a week in our office.)

Overview
We’re looking for an implementer, facilitator, and inspiring team leader. In your role, you will shape the SEO landscape of our agency, ensuring the delivery of effective and cutting-edge strategies that resonate with our clients and align with their business objectives.
In addition to being passionate about SEO and digital marketing, we also want someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to lead a team towards achieving exceptional results. About The Role
The Role:
Develop and implement SEO strategies in collaboration with Account Managers and the SEO pod.
Manage the workload of team members, delegating tasks, facilitating weekly strategy meetings and help develop the SEO skills of the team.
Directly liaise with key clients, reporting on performance and exploring opportunities for growth.
Foster the professional growth of the SEO pod, enhancing both soft and technical skills.
Engage in commercial modelling and ROI forecasting to maximise client success.
Uphold the highest standards of quality assurance across all client and team activities
Ensure adherence to best practices within the team and the clients we work with, and continually develop your own skills to keep at the top of the SEO game
The Person:
Passion and aptitude for SEO, with a Google Analytics Certification.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
Thorough understanding of search ranking factors and key algorithm updates.
Exceptional time management and team leadership abilities.
Be able to prioritise, manage your own time and your own workload.
Ability to manage key stakeholders, internally and externally.
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Confident in attention to detail, spotting errors quickly and effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
Strong technical background in SEO
Experience in developing SEO strategy and tactics
People management experience
Organisation / project management skills
Experience using industry SEO & Reporting tools like: Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Google Search Console and Keyword Tracking tools.
Both written and spoken English to a high standard
An excellent grasp of mathematics and basic statistics
A keen ability to problem-solve and find solutions
Prioritisation, time and workload management
Evidenced passion for working in the digital marketing industry essential
Informal or formal qualifications are preferred, but not necessary
