Service Engineer in Nottingham

Our client who specialises in Tools and Machinery are looking for a Service Engineer to join their team based in Nottingham.As the new Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair and service of a range of power tools and equipment to include Hydraulics; Pneumatics; petrol and Diesel engines.Your responsibilities as the new Service Engineer:Carry out quality repairs to products in a timely manner.Ensure that a consistently high level of service is offered to our customers.Ensure that all job cards, spares orders, time sheets and stock notes are completed correctly and on time and control all administration paperwork.Ensure that all company stock and spare parts are accounted for, and properly recorded when used.Provide technical support to staff & customers with accuracy, efficiency & courtesy.Promote good Customer Service practices on the phone, at the counter and on customer’s premises.Any other reasonable duties as required.Identification reporting and rectification of any product quality issues with Aftersales ManagerComply with operational practice as determined by Aftersales Manager.Comply with H & S regulations as determined by H & S ManagerAbout the role:Monday- Thursday 8:00am – 18:00pm then Friday 8:00am – 17:00pm£27,850 per annumFull time, Permanent.We invite suitably experienced candidates to apply by following the appropriate links or by contacting Recruit 2 You directly, who are acting as an employment agency for this hire.At Recruit 2 You Ltd your right to privacy is important to us.
