Site Manager - RefurbStocktonNight Shift Monday to Thursday | 16:00-04:007 months & potential for ongoingRate is negotiable depending on experienceSearch are currently working in partnership with a Fit-Out Contractor who work across the UK.Due to increased workload they are looking for a No1 Site Manager to oversee a Commercial Fit-Out project in Stockton.The works are being carried out on a live environment and therefore programme runs through the evening; hours are 4pm to 4am Monday to Thursday with 3 days off.Key Responsibilities* Management of the entire project right through to completion.* Coordinate with stakeholders, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.* Conduct tool box talks & issue permits* Oversee Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality standards.* Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving on-site.* Update and maintain IT systemsRequirements* Extensive experience of managing fit out projects* Excellent Leadership, IT & Written Communication skills* A sound knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations* DBS Enhanced Disclosure* SMSTS* CSCS* First Aid* Fire Marshal* HNC Construction Management or relatedRemunerationThis is a freelance position engaged through Search Consultancy.
