Site Supervisor in Enfield Town

Job Description: FRA Works SupervisorSalary: £40,000 £45,000location Enfield and some project within the m25our client is a leading provider of fire safety solutions, specializing in FRA works including the remediation of fire doorsets, compartmentation (fire stopping), and installation of new doorsets. With new clients and expanding projects, we are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee operations efficiently across multiple sites within the M25 area, occasionally extending beyond. This role requires effective coordination between the office in Enfield, clients, Wates, and our supply chain to ensure seamless project execution.As FRA Works Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating activities related to fire safety remediation projects. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around liaising between clients, Wates, and our supply chain to ensure the smooth operation of projects. Balancing your time between the office and various sites, you will provide updates, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with project requirements.Core Responsibilities:Coordinate FRA works including the remediation of fire doorsets, compartmentation, and installation of new doorsets.Organize and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and objectives.Liaise between the office, clients, Wates, and our supply chain to ensure clear communication and coordination.Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with regulations.Manage documentation and reporting related to project activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or concerns promptly.Navigate Excel and Outlook proficiently for project management and communication purposes.Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout all project stages.Adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Skills & Experience:Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction or fire safety industry.Knowledge of fire safety regulations, particularly related to fire doorsets and compartmentation.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for project management and communication.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to travel between the office and various sites within the M25 area, occasionally outside.Additional Information: This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to enhancing fire safety standards across diverse projects.
