The What?

Our client are looking for a Back-end Engineering Lead who has experience managing a small team of developers but also has the desire to take on more responsibility and a passion for leadership. The role still involves cutting code so the ideal candidate will be technically driven. Our client's CRM system is built in Scala, however experience in this framework isn't necessary but just an ability and willingness to learn new technology is desired. There is also opportunity to be involved in the EmberJS front-end development too if this is more suitable.

This role is on a hybrid basis, based in their Manchester office 2/3 days a week. This promotes a healthy work/life balance as well as offering flexible working hours.
