We are seeking Teaching Assistant's with a background of supporting children or adults with Complex Needs, Autism or Learning Difficulties.Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a caring and empathetic nature towards the pupils but also remain resilitant and patient under difficult scenarios. The school would like positive and versatile SEN Teaching Assistants, with a keen interest in supporting pupils of different learning levels. No experience is required to apply as school offer lots on ongoing training to all staffJob ResponsibilitiesAble to work with groups or 1:1 support within the classroomSupporting pupils with Complex Needs, Autism & Learning DifficultiesSupervising pupils behaviourEncourage, engage and support pupils with their learning & developmentSupport with personal care e.g. toileting & feedingJob RequirementsAdaptable and willing to work with different age groupsWilling to support children with learning difficulties and disabilitiesValid DBS registered with the online update service or be prepared to apply for a new DBSAvailable 5 days a weekBenefits to you Competitive pay ratesThe opportunity for a permanent contract with the schoolAdditional training opportunities via Empowering Learning
