Alliance Personnel are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lacquering Operative to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.
As a Lacquering Operative, you will be responsible for finishing and spraying various metal surfaces to ensure a smooth and flawless appearance.
This is a hands-on role that requires precision and attention to detail.
Duties: * Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to spray / lacquer the components * Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments * Work with sheet metal and other materials to achieve desired results * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentExperience: * Previous experience as a Sprayer or in a similar role is preferred * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools * Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations * Knowledge of different spraying techniques and materialsSkills: * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards * Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleaguesWe offer competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
This is a full-time position.
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 1pm (39hrs per week)Overtime availableTEMP - PERM
