Job Title: Substance Misuse Practitioner (Band 6) - Bexley Young People Drug and Alcohol ServiceLocation: Bexley, LondonSchedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekAre you a passionate and experienced Substance Misuse Practitioner looking to make a positive impact in the lives of young people in Bexley? Join our dedicated team at Bexley Young People Drug and Alcohol Service and play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.Role Overview: The post holder will provide support to Bexley Children and Young People located within the Borough of Bexley, providing assessment, individualised and group psycho-social interventions, and consultative support to professional within social care and education settings. They will be expected to manage a caseload of their own and work closely alongside the specialist substance misuse practitioner to provide seamless care and intervention.
