To be successful you must:Have previous experience working in a school environmentHold QTS / PGCE or the equivalent (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)Have an updated DBS (this can be arranged if not up-to-date)Be open to different year groupsBe confident meeting new people and working in different environmentsHave a strong work ethic and a passion for teachingHave good behaviour managementGood knowledge of the National curriculumYour role:Ensuring students consistently receive high-quality education while monitoring their progress.
Following and implementing the school's policies and procedures daily.
Providing personalised support to students one-on-one, in small groups, or assisting the entire class.
Fostering the development of life skills in students while maintaining their motivation and engagement.
