Job Title: Day to Day Teaching AssistantLocation: Burnley (BB12)Teaching Personnel are looking for day to day teaching assistants to work in schools across East Lancashire.

Doing day to day work ensures that your working is flexible and gives you the opportunity to decide your own working hours.

This allows you to be able to gain experience in a range of different schools and boost  your skills as a teaching assistant.

Key Responsibilities:Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons by providing individualized support to students.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Student Assistance: Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts. 

Provide additional help to students with varying learning needs.

Resource Management: Prepare and organize classroom materials, ensuring a conducive learning environment.

Behavioural Support: Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies to create a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements:Prior experience working with students in an educational setting.

Level 2 or higher for support work in schools is desirable.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students' educational journeys.

Rates of pay between £12.

90 - £13.
