We're working closely with an enterprise level software company who are looking to hire a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their growing technical team. In this role, you'll be responsible for solving both internal and external technical issues which include, hardware set-up, triaging, application. system support and more!
This is a challenging and varied role that will allow you access to multi-national clients in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
This company are ideally looking for someone who has 1-2 years' experience in a 1st Line Support / Helpdesk / ServiceDesk role who is looking for their next step!

This position is primarily WFH, with occasional travel into the Manchester office for team meetings and socials. You will work on a shift pattern that covers 7 days per week (5 days on, 2 days off), usually ranging between the hours of 8am and 7pm.
