As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!Our Ruddington View specialist residential service in Ruddington is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. Ruddington View is located in a peaceful village in Nottingham, providing the perfect residential care home setting for up to eight people. We provide person-centred care and support for six individuals and can provide unplanned care and support for another two individuals. Our purpose-built, safe environment at Ruddington View has been developed to put you at the heart of everything we do! The main house boasts a communal dining room, an open plan kitchen, a spacious living room and a large, well-maintained garden. Each room has an en-suite bathroom to accommodate private personal care, and there are also additional private bathrooms accessible within the home for those that need more support. Our two spacious unplanned care flats are located on the ground floor and are also equipped with large en-suites, a living room, dining area and their own private garden!This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values.
