The team blend human interaction and automation to delivery an exceptional candidate and client journey.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office, 3 working from home

Within the Talent Sourcing Specialist role you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Creating and posting job advertisements, mail-shot activities, and CV shortlisting
• Direct sourcing/headhunting suitable candidates
• Arranging and conducting telephone interviews
• Arranging and conducting candidate preparation meetings for client assessments and interviews
• Working alongside Talent Sourcing Specialists and Talent Delivery Specialists to meet client start date requirements
• Being 1st line support for prospective candidates and in-booking candidates
