Teaching Assistant in Kettering

Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with a partnered school in Kettering on an as-and-when and flexible basis.

If you are available for work between 2 and 5 days per week on a regular basis, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities will include:* Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons* Assist students on an individual or group basis, providing guidance and reinforcement* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student progress* Support the management of classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
