Responsibilities:Providing support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

Assisting students with their learning activities, both one-on-one and in small groups.

Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and helping them to achieve their full potential.

Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students.

Requirements:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to the needs of different classrooms and students.
