Team Manager: SafeguardingRate: Up to £48 per hour About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to join a Child Protection team in Exeter. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of exceptional social care services to vulnerable children and young people in the area.Key Responsibilities:Provide strong leadership and support to the Child Protection team. Oversee safeguarding and court work, ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously. Implement and promote our restorative practice approach, focusing on building, maintaining, and repairing relationships with children and families. Commit to being on-site at County Hall, Exeter, for at least three days a week.Requirements:Proven experience as a Team Manager in Safeguarding and court work. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead, support, and develop a dedicated team of professionals. SWE registrationWhat the client offers:A pay rate of up to £48 per hour, dependent on your experience within frontline services. £150 a week towards travel and accomodation if not based locally.
