Team Manager in Watford

We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s Leading FMCG companies, for the role of Team Manager.

It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide leadership, management, and motivation for the Provisioning Team
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between retail customers and both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and implementation teams
• Develop and implement internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer service metrics to ensure high-quality performance
• Organise training sessions and provide coaching to the team to enhance issue resolution and incident management capabilities
• Prepare and generate management reports and information as needed

Main Skills/ Requirements:

• Effective people management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Numerical, analytical and planning skills
• Ability to read and manipulate spreadsheets to manage and control budgets
• Experience working in a controlled or regulated environment
• Experience managing stakeholders to comply with established processes and procedures
• Proven track record of developing and implementing continuous improvement both in process, technology and working practices
• Previous experience of working with customer-facing and commercially orientated teams
