TIG Welder Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding tasks on various metal components and structures according to project requirements and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding codes to ensure accurate execution of welds.
• Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning, cutting, and fitting metal pieces.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, machinery, and tools.
• Conduct inspections of welded parts to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members, including fabricators, supervisors, and engineers, to ensure smooth workflow and successful project completion.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, promoting a safe work environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in TIG welding techniques with a strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding codes.
• Ability to operate and maintain various TIG welding equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of different types of metals, their properties, and applications in welding.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety standards with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in TIG welding are highly desirable.
