About the Role

Join a friendly and growing team where you will assist senior staff on a variety of challenging and exciting projects.

This role offers the chance to work across the spectrum of town planning activities, including the promotion of large-scale development projects, the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals for various development types, and local plan representations.

As a Planner, here you will be exposed to a range of tasks and provided with continuous professional development (CPD) training opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise, and alongside their first class established staff mentoring system, you can expect ample support in your professional and personal growth.

About You

Our client is seeking a positive and proactive individual with 1-3 years of professional planning experience in either the private or public sector.

You should hold an undergraduate degree (2:1 or above) and ideally be working towards or have obtained a postgraduate qualification in Planning.

Upon appointment, you will be expected to commence the process of gaining chartered membership of the RTPI as soon as possible.

Full support and sponsorship towards this goal will be provided by the company.
