Tag is looking for a traffic manager from an integrated background, to be responsible for production, resource scheduling and allocation, and oversight of all activity within a busy creative team.

Someone who’s prepared to challenge and be challenged.

What you’ll be doing

Managing the workload of permanent staff and freelancers and resolving all resourcing challenges.

You will ensure that appropriate resources are booked for all projects, planning and managing deployment so that all work can be delivered on time and to a high standard.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Leading production and project management across all digital media.
  • Implementing process and quality assurance procedures across services and brands.
  • Delivering brand consistency, cost efficiency and timely delivery across all output.
  • Acting as liaison between clients, external agencies and internal teams.
  • Helping implement new client workstreams.

You must have…

  • Good working knowledge of project and programme-related software
  • Good financial modelling experience
  • The ability to take ownership of overall production workflow
  • Effective team leadership skills
  • The ability to build productive relationships
  • Extensive knowledge of different digital production platforms
  • Experience of digital design and production
  • Experience of working with senior clients and third-party stakeholders

Nice to have…

  • Experience of Sitecore CMS

Measures of Performance:

  • High stakeholder satisfaction scores (internal/external)
  • Project delivery to agreed budget and timelines
  • Understanding of client core brands and their principles
