Job Description

What you will learn:

• Sales techniques to build relationships with prospect clients to understand their hiring needs and generate recruitment opportunities
• Learn the fundamentals of IT recruitment including candidate sourcing, CV screening and interview coordination
• Assist in identifying top niche IT talent through various channels including job boards social media and networking events
• Collaborate with recruiters to conduct candidate registrations and interviews to assess skills, experiences and suitability
• Support the end to end recruitment process from initial candidate engagement, to offer negotiation and boarding

What we're looking for:

• Recent graduate with a degree in computer science, information technology, human resources or a related field
• Passion for technology and a keen interest in pursuing a career in IT recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and clients
